counselling psychologist & writer · mumbai
By day I sit across from people in therapy. By night I turn what doesn't get said into sentences. This page is where both live.
who I am
I trained as a psychologist because I wanted to understand why people wait until things break to ask for help. During my training, I kept coming back to one question: what actually pushes someone to walk into a therapist's room in the first place, instead of waiting it out alone.
"I didn't build this page to perform healing. I built it because some things need more room than a caption allows."
Writing came first, though, ten years of turning hard weeks into paragraphs at 1 a.m. @__sakshiwrites is where I write in public. This page is where I go deeper, and where you can sit with me properly.
work with me
Grounded in real psychological training, not just good listening skills.
Simple, real words instead of textbook distance.
You're sitting across from a person, not a case file.
Relationships, belonging, and the things people rarely say out loud.
I'm not trying to be impressive. Just someone you can trust.
A standard individual session.
More room when a session needs to go deeper.
Fill this in and I'll get back to you to find a time that works. First conversations are always unhurried.
from people I've worked with
When I started, I was lost and in a bad phase. After a few sessions I saw myself healing. You kept me in a non-judgemental space from day one and your reassurance helped me believe in myself.
You have such a warm, calming presence. Talking to you always felt like a safe space where I could really be myself. The sessions genuinely changed how I cope.
A truly transformative experience. Your empathetic, non-judgemental approach created a safe space for me to express myself freely and gain real insight.
There were moments I didn't feel like doing anything, but your messages gave me the motivation I needed. I wasn't alone in the effort. I can't thank you enough.
Thank you for the amazing tips and for being the best listener. Best psychologist.
long form
It's not journaling and candles. It's realising patterns you can't unsee, and carrying that quietly.
